Staff is very helpful and cooperative! I love Macy! I find everything I look for!

Went there with my son ,Upon checkout the lady clerk never smiled.said hello thanked us for shopping etc..i think the staff there forget how their salarys are paid.All in all you are better off shoping online.My 10yr old even noticed how rude they were..mens section sunday 7/26/15 4.10pm

A big store and well organized. Always busy but the staff there do tremendous effort to keep it in shape.

I think most of you are spoiled asses whom have lots of money in your pocket. It makes you no greater. Listen we are a company that is diverse just as united states has a viraity of people with different enticity. We all must make a living some how. Give us credit for our effort to put those close in your size back on the racks we work till we sweat it a lot on our feet

I will NEVER shop at Macy's furniture again. My fiance and I decided to buy a new mattress. We first went to a number of mattress retailers that promised delivery in 3 days or less. We ended up going to Macy's and buying our mattress there and were told it would take 2 weeks for delivery. We finally got our mattress and adjustable base today and received the wrong one. We repeated to the salesperson, Anthony, 3 times that we wanted the base that had a cordless remote and a massage feature. Then when we went to pay we asked him if he was sure that it was the right base with the cordless remote and massage feature, he replied yes. Low and behold 2 weeks later its the wrong fing base. Customer service has been anything but accommodating and told us the only thing they can do is set up a return. Well thank you for wasting my time, I could have received the right mattress 2 weeks ago had I ordered it from another retailer. so much for customer service. When I'm spending thousands on a mattress I expect it to at least be the same one I ordered and if not for customer service to be at least a little bit apologetic for the mix up.
