Lorraine who works in the juniors department is wonderful! After spending over 2 hours calling Macy's stores all over looking for a specific women jacket, she actually helped me. She doesn't even work in the coat department but understood how frustrating it can be to constantly he put on hold and transferred to lines where no one answers. She is so nice and pleasant and the only reason I am going to continue to shop at Macy's!
