This Macy does not have all the things the nyc Macy's have. The Macy's in the 5 Boros have a better selection of stylish women's clothes, men's wear too. But the workers in this store try their best

This store is an absolute dump. There is stuff laying all over the place and no one even thinks to pick it up. Last night my daughter fell on a hanger (that I am sure 10 employees stepped over) and 2 clerks and a security guard who all watched her fall never even asked how she was. The best thing is that they left that very same hanger on the floor. If it was someone grandmother I am sure it would be a broken hip. Stores like this is the reason why Macy's will be closing stores very soon.

The people working in the store aren't that friendly. Had to wait for half an hour just to pick up the stuff that I ordered. Collection was also OK OK but at least it was better than other macys that I have been too. So that's plus.

Great staff! Especially José santos and Rosa medina, I ordered a sheet set online for in-store, the packaging was busted so they provided additional assistance! I've used in store pick up before, and didn't have the best experience, but José and Rosa helped change my perspective.
