Always a great experience -- from the salesperson on the floor, right on down the line to the fellow who does repairs for warranty! I'll never buy furniture anywhere else and, I might add, I worked in the furniture industry for 14 years.

Very good service. The "white glove" delivery service is worth the expense. Although the products are quite expensive.

Good ambiance - no pushy salesmen. Had a very positive experience buying mattress from sales associate Frank who was very knowledgeable, patient in helping make selection amongst myriad options. Delivery people picked my old mattress. Best parking behind the store.
