worst place ever. bunch of sisis are there. The entire cosmetic departments sucks. Especially Estee Lauder. if they don't have a product they give a wrong product saying that's the one. very rude old ladies. disgusting attitudes. One of the associates avoids eye contact every time you talk to her, because she lies. I cannot explain in words how terrible this macys is. JUST SATY AWAY FROM THAT MACY'S. THIS IS MACY'S THAT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!!!

Great spot to pick up colognes. The kid that helped with a Calvin Klein fragrance was very friendly and funny. Its a small Macy's so people have to understand they're not going to have a big variety in other departments. But its a good store if you want to get some quick shopping done. And the parking is quick and easy.

One of the worst store of Macy's, the staff is so horrible, nasty and never helpful, i to the cologne counter knowing what I need, just to gave it to me, that old woman with hair like a witch, would look me in the face and never ask to help...every times is the same, so, of course I had to let her know, she could truly do with customer service training or maybe stay at home. Manhasset or Roosevelt field mall Macy's is where to shop....

The men's section is pretty bland. They now have more in the formal section than they have t-shirts. The brand that dominates in this store is club room, which makes really loose fitting clothing. Even the small button-down shirts are loose on me, and I'm not a super skinny guy or anything. Overall, I think this store is lacking in variety especially for men's clothing.

I would never return to this macys ever again, horrible customer services, and the associate has no idea about the product knowledge. I am a loyal client of Macy's, and I never had such horrible experience. Stay away from this macys, go to the one in the city!
