Macelleria

Wonderful food but they literally kick you out by 1045...so if you want to actually enjoy your dinner this is not the place to go!

Yummy! The place is beautiful and the food delicious as well. I had good wine and the raviolis were very well made and tasty (but I was still hungry after a burrata and the raviolis).

Great service. This place has absolutely fantastic pasta and meats. The wine selection was also spot-on, with a wide selection of reds and whites. I had a prefectly cooked sirloin that was delicious and we shared Bufala and pasta for the table that were great.

Quite simply put, this is our favorite restaurant. Macelleria is our go-to spot for special occasions but even when we pop in for dinner after work, it always feels like a special occasion. The name of the restaurant would suggest that the star of the show is meat and that's not incorrect but.....the pasta dishes are exceptionally good as are all of the appetizers. Everything is fresh and first quality. My husband and I love the ambiance which has a very New York vibe. We once attended a book-signing cocktail party in their wine cellar that was so well done that we have been trying to come up with an excuse to have a cocktail party there ourselves. It never fails that each time we introduce Macelleria to a friend or business associate they become patrons themselves. Writing this review is actually tempting me to make a reservation for Macelleria now!
