Mac Window Systems

Was real mad at the worker they sent to fixed issues they left off from the original door installation. It was annoying enough to have issues with the door in the first place. Then hard to get someone to come fit it. (waited for almost two months). Then the worker's attitude when I was explaining all observed issues of the door -> I don't care! They just fixed the issue he saw and left with no explanation. Here were their word when I asked him questions.
"I am done with you."
"I am not your information center."
"Call them for other issues!! "

Absolutely the worst in the business I have ever dealt with. They were the exclusive door installer for Home Depot in Hackettstown NJ. My special order door came in as scheduled with Home Depot. Mac Window took 3 weeks to call me for an install date. They did not have openings for 8 weeks when they called. So we scheduled and waited. I took a day off for the install date and at 830am they called and said the installer (which we waited for 8 weeks) had an emergency and would not make it. They did not have anyone else available nor did they have a time or date to re-schedule. They said they would call back in a few minutes to re-schedule. Minutes turned to hours and I called back and they told me to be patient and someone would call me back by the end of the day. 3 days later I called for a status again as we were nearing the 3 month anniversary since we ordered our door. When I called they put me on hold and kept picking up and renewing my hold status for 20 minutes. So I called and asked for a receptionist instead of the scheduling department (which is the root of all their problems with rude and uncaring representatives), and I was told that they are no longer installers for Home Depot. Surprise! So I called Home Depot and they said they would pick up my door since it seems that Mac Window Systems would cancel their installs on many customers and they basically took away the account from them due to poor customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want grief. If there was a zero star rating I would give them 0 stars. Bad customer service, rude representatives, I'd be surprised if they are still in business in 2015
It is a shame they stole the trademarked MAC name from Apple, because they are the opposite of the service you receive from Apple.

I took an entire day off of work for a measurement appointment -- called the office several times + was assured the tech would be here shortly or call me back. After 3 more hours of waiting, I was told I wasn't even on their calendar for today. I'm getting a refund and buying a door somewhere else.

Mac installed 3 exterior doors at my house that we purchased through Home Depot. They arrived on time and left the site in spotless condition. The doors work perfectly and look great. The two gentlemen sent worked diligently adjusting the hinge placement of all doors to ensure they fit square in my 60 year old house. They were polite and professional and did everything we asked. The only issue we had was with the two months that passed between Home Depot taking our money and Mac actually producing the doors.

I made a deal on July, 17th with Home Depot for a front door. I didn't know at that time, who makes the door, who installs it...Only my son was home when the door was installed. And from then on...the nightmare started.
The jamb is cracked, the paint is peeling, the glue used to assemble parts came out, the molding around the door doesn't have the color ordered.
I made a complain.
Three times I had to stay home from work for somebody (from these companies) to come to check the work done. No resolution.
Everybody said that everything has to be replaced but the people who have to make the decision don't want to.
