Michael was the BEST!! I was very worried about safety, price, and location of my new apartment. I was moving to New York from out of state and I had many specifications. I was, thankfully, referred to MAC Realty. During our first call, Michael told me to prepare myself for having to reach outside budget and the possibility of not finding what I wanted. He was able to answer all my questions and provide me with great advice. He listened to all of my necessities and found me an amazing apartment in Astoria that is perfect for me. Not only did he help me find an apartment very fast he was so helpful in all aspects of my move. He knows Astoria so well and I cannot express how valuable that was to me. He referred me to many great restaurants in Astoria (that are now my favorites!). It was great to see him with his other clients and how he also helped them in their search. Everyone has different specifications and experiences in the moving process and he goes above and beyond to help. I know he has a great team around him willing to do just the same. He has also reminded me that if I ever needed help with anything to let him know. I really appreciated how he emphasized that with me the entire time. I DEFINITELY recommend MAC Realty!

Michael at MAC Realty is awesome! We were in a really tight situation because of another very untruthful (to put it nicely) broker who left us with less than a week to find a new apartment before we had to leave our current residences, and he treated us like family. Michael worked to get us a showing as soon as he possibly could, and it was surely worth it! The application and lease signing process was extremely straightforward and painless. Not to mention - Michael has many connections in the community and helped us to find anything we needed for the apartment. Will recommend to any friends moving to the area!
