Have purchased (3)Vans for my company and each has worked great I know exactly what I am buying and use it accordingly. Miguel is very fair and his customer relations are excellent! This is the reason I return. Straight forward honest and fair.

The best experience I ever had at a used car dealership. I traveled from MD to NJ to purchase a cargo van. After wasting an 1 hour and 1/2 looking at lemons and beat up cars at another nearby dealership, I stumbled into M.A.B. Cars Inc. Immediately after entering their lot I saw the difference; their inventory of trucks and vans was near new condition. My decision making process changed from “should I buy a lemon or not” to “wish one I should pick and how much do I want to spend.” All their vehicles looked great and in good condition. They had little to no rust, good running engines and interiors. I ended up getting a great deal on a used Cargo Van. They also worked with me to allow me to take the vehicle home the same day even though the payment was not clearing till the next day. That gesture only saved me time and money, and avoided me another 448 miles round trip. That kind of customer service is unheard of nowadays. Their customer service is just Superb.

Great selection and prices. The people here were really helpful I needed a 12 passenger van for my church group and they helped us find what we needed at a fair price. The customer service was a big comfort to us. I wish i could give more than a 3. We never felt like we were being ignored. I have reffered them to other groups and would us them again.

This was our unfortunate experience. On 9/30/09, after much shopping around, we decided to buy a 2002 Ford van from MAB Cars.
We sent a fax to confirm the verbal agreement that we made with Danny, on Wed evening, 9/30/09, to purchase the 2002 Ford E250 Van. At our expense, we had the van inspected by a local mechanic. We then agreed on work that you would do, what we would cover, the warranty, and a price. In order to pick up the van, we needed to have it covered by our insurance. This was done the next morning. We also went to the bank for cash, and were coming back that next afternoon to pick up the van. When we called to schedule the pick up time, we were told that work was still being done on the van and that it would not be ready until Friday, 10/02/09.
When we called on Friday, we were told that you were selling this same van to someone else. That is not good business ethics and is breaking our agreement. We were in constant contact with you, we had gotten the insurance card, had the van inspected, gotten a car fax, picked up cash, done everything we were supposed to do. You never asked for a deposit to hold the van, just time to make a few repairs and clean out the interior. We trusted you to be a man of his word.
Evidently, you are not someone to be trusted, not a man of his word. Too bad. Business is tough and to get through these rough times, we are all picking and choosing with whom we will do business. Certainly, never with MAB again.
We did buy a van from High Class Auto in North Bergen the following week end. We paid more, but got a better van and a fair deal.
