I brought in a 2013 BMW X5 damaged bad. The guys here do all of my work. I was worried that this one would be hard but they really did a great job.

For a first timer, didn't know what to expect. The whole process was wonderful. Listened to how I wanted the paint done, took note, the people were very knowledgeable and the job exceeded my expectations. Definitely rate the place 5 stars. Love the outcome and the friendly service.

Took my Van here for a paint job last week, figured since I took the week off from work at the moment looked like the perfect opportunity to get the work van painted. I asked the manager if a week was sufficient time to get it ready to which he answered "YES" and asked for $100.00 deposit in order to guarantee my spot in line.... I went away for 6 days just to find out in my return that the Van was placed in the yard behind their establishment untouched for 7 days.... After asking the guy for an explanation, First didn't remember me at all, had to look at the receipt for more information, secondly, I was simply told "he didn't have time to work on It at all and were still other vehicles in front of mine. Not a single phone call was made to notify me of any changes to what was previously agreed..... While talking to this guy someone else who was waiting at the place told me he had a similar experience with them before, leaving his car untouched after a number of days... When running a Business you Just don't promise things to customers that are out of your control specially if your are asking for deposit money.
