Very well-versed, experienced CM/PM in the Flushing, Queens area. We bought a lot and wanted feasibility/development (zoning) options, and they produced excellent options for us, explained everything in detail, and helped us to budget for the development through construction financials/estimates. We are now working with them for CM Services once we start the project. We hope to do well on this project and work with Mark and his company in the future....fingers crossed. ~Thank you

We hired Mark to perform some part-time Construction Management for us. He basically gave us CM/Owner's Rep/PM services all in one, and did a great job. We had some potential budget issues that Mark solved for everyone so that no delay occurred on the job. He is a bit over-detailed, which seems to be how he approaches everything - I guess not necessarily a bad thing though. We will definitely use him again if another project comes along with the need for a CM.
