Purchased a table from m2l. Paid premium dollars. Paid a lot for delivery and installation. Lifted the table to clean under it and legs fell apart! Upon contacting them, I was told I must have moved it incorrectly! Finally convinced them to have installers come look at it and they said they had left small screws loose! Store acknowledged no regard for additional half day we had to sit around to have installation guys to come back. Said it was our responsibility to make sure the guys were doing installation right when they were there. Agent was rude on the phone and told us we needed to learn how to handle delicate furniture. Plus finding similar pieces at other stores for lot less and way better service made us wish we had never gone to m2l.
