Phil, Adam and Eddie are terrific. Brought them my 2010 135i because both remote keys stopped working. They checked the keys, the fuses, the car receiver; very thorough diagnostics revealed this to be a a still more involved problem. On their own initiative THEY called BMW and learned my extended warranty was still in effect. I had hoped to avoid BMW service because... well, you know... but this is what warranties are for. I absolutely recommend M-Spec. They are thorough, smart and highly ethical.
