I love Mndfl. It is theee most peaceful, positive, calming oasis in NYC. Run, dont walk, there now. Not only do the founders, teachers, and staff practice the loving kindness they teach, they exemplify mindfulness & buddhist practices in the way they run their business. The classes are wonderful and each has their own distinct flavor based on the teacher. So far I have learned a lot from each teacher I have studied with. They are welcoming, inclusive, knowledgeable, generous, and highly approachable. They speak a simple, user friendly language that makes the practices easy to understand. I keep coming back bc everytime I walk out the door after a class at Mndfl I feel exponentially better and a lot more peaceful, happy, grateful, and deeply connected then when I entered.

Their drop in classes are the perfect break in the day. They also just have quiet space you can go, use and practice on your own to take a break from the city. Check the schedules teachers offer different types of meditation.
