This place is a total joke. Took my computer there and told the guy what was the problem. The motherboard needed to be replaced and possibly the cpu adapter. Instead of being honest and telling me right away that this was an impossible task for him to perform, he decided to clown, took a "necessary" $25 deposit, and promised to call me early next day. Didn't receive any calls, so two days later I decided to call him, heard him trying to convince me that he's "really" working hard on my motherboard. He said he'll give me a call early the next day... again... Well, another 5 days went buy... without any notice from him... I decided to go and take my stuff back, including my deposit. Called him, he asked to wait another 30 minutes, but I was already too upset. Came to their office to witness another masquerade: The guy is having my computer open on the table, convincingly, as if it was being inspected just like it should've been. He said "Uhm,.. yeah... IT WAS A MOTHERBOARD ISSUE..." He DIDN'T fix it, REFUSED to give me my deposit money back, and LIED, ACTED just LIKE REAL CLOWNS DO. I'm not going to describe how bad the waiting period was... you know as far as expecting, when the hell will you get to finally get your stuff repaired?!?!?! And getting bored during new years holidays at home, without having chance to do your stuff.
This place is a joke, the guy is not a professional, everything was just disgusting.
I went to Wintech Computers at 707 32nd Street, the guy there DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY deposits, made my computer run THE NEXT DAY, charging a reasonable price for his service.
