I have been shopping for 25 years and I have never been disappointed
In fact, I have been too spoiled by Katz furniture and no one else can compare in price and also service
It is hard in our times to get both together, either you get price or service, but Katz f. have figured out a way to get both
I am the extreme shopper and I have not found anyone to be cheaper, even North Carolina. I compared all places
Also, some of the big chains expect you to take an entire day off work. Never had that with Katz f.

I just redid my entire home with new furniture and they were such a delight
From the phone calls, which they always take, to ordering the furniture, getting the furniture.... they are such a delight

Also, I don't have to wait the entire day for the delivery and the delivery people are also such high caliber!

Keep on doing what you have been doing for me for 25 years. I know why I always come back

Get ready for some humiliation as you step in their 'store'. Their website creates an impression of a large well stocked business. In reality, the 'store' is a sub basement in China town. Looks more like a thrift shop than a furniture store. They sell mostly from catalogue than stock.

We were dismissed right at the door by an arrogant guy who wanted to know what we wanted and what was our budget. We wanted a dining set for between $ 500-$ 800. He said no one in america sells dining tables at that price. So we went to Raymour Flannigan and bought a perfectly nice dining set (Chace) for $ 805 delivered and assembled in our apartment.

Katz was a shameful waste of time. Don't go there unless you have major $$$ to spend.

I was really very pleased with my business relationship with Katz and sons. I found some beautiful furniture at a local store and received a quote. When I checked with Marty at Katz, he could provide exactly the same sofa and chair directly from the factory at a savings of over $1500.
Throughout the processw Marty kept me informed of what was going on, when the order was sent, when it was shipped and when I could expect it to arrive. Marty was very professional and pleasant at all times. Everything went as he said it would.
I will use Katz exclusively from now on. All I have to do is find the furniture I want locally and write down the manufacturer and the other pertinent information----then call Katz.
They are terrific!

Dont buy ANYTHING from these thieves. Go directly to North Carolina showrooms via the internet. These guys cant get an order right, offer no service and have been convicted for theft and tax evasion
