They have excellent cars and great customer service I brought a lemon somewhere else and I needed a car really quick like one week quick Mr.Joe got me approved by Monday I but my money down by Tuesday and I was in my Q7 by the next wendsday. I called this dealer about an 07 Mazda 3. It was very well priced. Well below suggested KBB price and the carfax was excellent. I told them I was going to come down the next day and they said they would have the car ready for me.

I drove three hours to the dealership and when I got there, I noticed how extremely crowded the dealership was. It was relatively clean though. However, they did not bring the vehicle over to this lot and told me I had to drive to their other lot. Not a big deal. Only ten minutes away.

I drove ten more minutes to the other lot which was also very crowded. I walked into the office which was very filthy and looked run down. The salesman gave me the keys and told me to check out the vehicle and he would be back in fifteen minutes. They were unexpectedly busy.

I went out and had to (unexpextedly) walk through two feet of snow, getting my shoes and socks cold and wet, and clean the snow off of the car so I could check out the engine. The car was great. I was prepared to buy it.

After waiting an hour for the salesman, he tells me I will have to come back another day to do a test drive because it was parked in and there was snow in the way. After all that. The salesman didn't act interested in selling me the car and was too busy focusing on other things.

Luckily, I found an even better deal at another dealership with an actual car lot and a legitimate building with very friendly salesmen actually willing to help me.

TL;DR: The prices here are good, the customer service and environment are the worst. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Level of customer service has been incredible, even after I drove the car off the lot.

I went to look at a BMW 330i they had for sale. First off these guys were very friendly and didn't pressure me at all so that part was good. The BMW however fell short of my expectations. It needed tires, had an oil leak, and had hail damage on the car. The price was $1100 below NADA clean retail, but the car needed ~$1500 in mechanical work and the hail damage would still have been present.

The most worry-some part to me; the BMW had nothing on the dipstick, and the workers filled the car with something called "Federal Oil" 10W30. BMW had very strict guidelines for oil 1) the car needs 0W30 or 0W40 Mobil, or Castrol full synthetic.

Overall we weren't able to make a deal, but the staff was very friendly and didn't try to push me into buying the car.

Im the owner of MjTraders, Teresa Bought an 07 honda civic si with 51k low profile tires 19in. Nothing was hidden from her. These are maintenance items that can be changed any time. Dealers cant fix maintenance items because out side mechanics say so. The tires were in good condition. And the brakes were fine at the time of purchase, The vehicle was test driven. We stand behind our vehicles and warranty. On the motor and transmission. Im sorry she was upset, but we would have gotten you parts at whole sale prices. And send to our mechanic for dealer rate. We at MjTraders offer that to our customers.

I would also Like to answer Shawn Testa. He left out that the infiniti had 52k 1 owner clean car fax and car gurus rated the car at 7338. We have the proof. but cant post it here. He was just upset that he couldnt buy the car for the price he wanted to. He came here 2 times and never bought the car. We did sell the car to someone who is very happy to get it. I dont believe there is a police report. Because we have not gotten a police notification from garfield police department. So please show me the proof. I dont think any one would threaten any one online. You cant please all the customers all the time, but we do our best. We are a Small Family owned Business thats been around since 1955. 60 years in business. And going strong. We have a 2000 jeep for 3900 on web site. Have no idea what he is talking about. Please be accurate with your accusations.
