This company is excellent and extremely professional! They came to my house within 1 hour of my initial phone call and were very sympathetic about my service need. I had dropped a 1 karat diamond earring down my shower drain! I had called a few other places that would not even consider helping me, or were going to make me wait a few hours just to schedule me in. But they came in quickly, and used a wet vac to pull the debris out of my pipe. They even got creative about making the wet vac more narrow to go further into the pipe to retrieve the jewelry. They were very honest with me about the likelihood of being able to retrieve it when it didn't seem to be coming up...Nevertheless, they worked diligently to resolve the issue and it worked!!!!! Up came my diamond!!! I definitely recommend this company---they are fantastic!!!
