Don't like that the cashier is drunk

The owner of this store was drunk, rude and ignorant. I live very close and I walked here during the Christmas Snow Blizzard. I couldn't believe it when he came out of the back room smelling of alcohol after the cashier was struggling to swipe my credit card. He started saying how it cost him 25 cents every swipe. So he wouldn't take a different card from me and told me too bad. I told him "I'm your neighbor and I have another card" he said no, and I had ask him "are you drunk, I would like to pay" before he agreed to take another card. I said I wouldn't return and he said "Good". Very Ignorant...
