I called to inquire about their process in regards to recycling. I have had an account with them for sometime, and was curious as to the process and rather or not the recyclable materials actually get recycled or if they are all grouped together in a Landfield . The receptionist was extremely rude, hasty and seemed irritated that I was inquiring about the integrity of their process . I feel that if their process is what they say it is, that they do indeed recycle the things they pick up from my business then she would have been happy to explain the process and assure me that they are supporting the environment by following through and having the recycled materials processed accordingly . A bit fishy indeed.
