These guys embody the bad reputation that a lot of otherwise honest auto body workers receive. I went in on 4/16 for a routine inspection after receiving a ticket in the Bronx. I was informed the car would not pass inspection as a result of the crack in the windshield. Upon asking me for my Insurance Carrier, Moe, Presumably the owner, informed me that he works with them on a regular basis. Provide him my policy number, and they will handle the rest. 24 Hours, my glass in installed, and Moe is instructing me to pay him $440.20. He proceeded to work on the vehicle without a work order, without authorized parts, and on his own accord. Now my vehicle is being held until payment is received in full, even though I have a $0.00 deductible on glass. Stay away from this group, they will scam you for everything they can, and stick you with a bill afterwards.

they are a bunch of lairs and scum bags! What ever you do dont go to this shop. I spent a total of 64 dollars for inspection. When I sent my car there for inspection they unplugged my battery there for I couldnt pass and my check engine light came on a day after. My check engine light has not been on since I got my car a year ago

They are SCAMMERS! Do not go to them! My car shut off on me in the middle of the street right next to their gas station. I asked them if they could help me push it into their place & they huffed and puffed & seemed annoyed by the idea. Then they finally did it & wanted $50 for a "diagnostics fee!" On top of that they said they would call me when it was ready and never called (i was at work and could not stop by), closed the shop. I went the next morning when they opened and they STILL DID NOT LOOK AT MY CAR. They had all of yesterday and patrially this morning. But wait it gets better. They mechanic said I did not have an appointment thats why it was taking so long. Are you serious? You seen my car shut off in the middle of the street...did I really need an appointment. Plus it does not take long to find out what's wrong with it on top of me giving you money you do not deserve. My car started and I took my car home. This entire process was exhausting. Waste of time. They had an attitude on top of them being shady and wanting to just take your money. Please do not go to them. More people need to write reviews about how dishonest these guys are. I will never go back to them, not even for gas. I do not support people who take from people who are in mercy of their help and you shouldn't either.
