Nice experience.
They play classical music and the customer service is nice. I was greated coming in, helped with picture hanging project, and out the door in less than 10min. Very professionals. We need to support small businesses or we will be spending hours in the Home Depot aisles looking for picture hanging nails.

Hey! I thought it was fine and great for a manhattan home hardware store. Besides, they make good keys and it is hard to find a good key cutter. Bad reviews are hurtful so shop around first. Where do these people have time for that bull anyway? Oh yeah, they are not actual trades people.

Be aware!

This is a chain, "Sealed Package," hardware store. In so, it is convenient but very expensive.

It is to "Hardware" what a "New York Korean Deli" is to a supermarket!

Be prepared to pay very inflated prices on everything.

(But they are nice, helpful people non the less.)
