What a horrible experience I just had on the phone with this woman that calls herself a realtor I felt like I was profiled over the phone !!!! Stay away from this woman fell sorry for the owner of the house she is renting!!!!

It's all your problem to resolve after you pay her. Rented apartment to us owned by landlord from hell. No exaggeration, "LANDLORD FROM HELL"
No help from her with the many, many, many issues with the landlord, she basically said not her problem but buy a house from her when you move out.
Not a person I would ever recommend!

Poor communication. Poor service. Misleads landlords into listing with her by making tenant pay the commission, but this deters the property from being rented which costs the landlord months worth of rent they would have otherwise received. Is not reasonable. Incorrectly believes that this is a landlord's market and a landlord-friendly state. Lacks an ability to negotiate minor issues in order to effectuate a major deal. Avoid if possible.
