Tremendously uplifting and yet grounding place for yoga.
My wife and I first tried Lyons Den because of its affiliation with Baptiste yoga but have since become regulars. Lyons Den is a fantastic example of Baptiste practice mixed with a fantastic New York City vibe. Though the space is a discreet size, all the amenities are present; most importantly, the instructors and staff are both hospitable and super polite. It's our favorite New York City studio.
