Lynnes Nissan East

Very diappointed with their customer service. It took them almost 2/month to register a car. The temp tag provided was valid only for 15 days. They refused to provide a title and insisted on them obtaiting licence plates. I was not able to legally drive a car for over 30 days.
Staff was very rude, and unhelpful. They started returning my calls after i field a complain with BBB.

The car was ok.

Had an exceptional experience at Lynne's Subaru. Price was right, car was exactly the way I ordered it and the turn around time was ealier than promised. Would definitely recommend Lynne's to anyone in the market for a new Subaru. Our sales associate, Pamela DeLorenzo was professional and knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

ZERO STARS. What an awfully managed dealership. My salesperson did an ok job, he did what he was supposed to do, its the cast of supporting characters that really irritated me. It shouldnt take 3 hours from the time I sat with the salesperson to finally working up an offer for my trade-in & new purchase. The day we picked up the car we waited 1 1/2 hours - totally ridiculous, but it's done on purpose. They also have misleading information on their website. If you want to buy a 'certified pre-owned' car, you will get charged an extra $895 which is not explained on the website - OOPSEY. Needless to say, buyer beware. I would find another Nissan dealer that is happy to spend time with a good, qualified customer and stop taking them for granted...

We just bought a Subaru Forester at Lynnes and were very happy. Olga Rogers was Outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about all the Subaru models, and really helped us choose our SUV. She was very patient with us, and made the experience a pleasure. She is a real professional and a very nice person.
Joe Guarneri, the Finance professional we worked with, was equally nice and equally professional and worked very hard to find us the best financing from multiple banks. The two of them really worked to get us a great price on a great car. We couldn't say enough about them. Thanks to all!

This last purchase will make 6 vehicle that I have bought from the folks at Lynnes Nissan. I have always been treated with respect and understanding. From the people that have been there for years to the guys that have only started recently, they all greet you warmly and meet your needs to get you the car you want at a fair price that makes everyone happy. 6 down and who knows how many more to come,, but this is going to be the place I come to and will highly recommend it to friends and family.
