I went in to get my acrylics soaked off. What I got instead was my acrylics forcefully pulled off by wedging a plastic nail tip between the acrylics and my natural nails. I had actually asked the man to stop a few times because it was so painful. He broke my nails and took a literal chunk out of my nail ( if I held my nail up there was a hole that you could clearly see to the other side through) I cut my one nail by myself in the salon because it was THAT bad. He did not file anything for me. This wasn't even worth 5 dollars. I left with broken unfiled, not buffed nails. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
