Arthur accepted our case knowing it would be a tough one. He showed compassion for us and the trauma my husband and I had both been through. Our case went to trial. There was a lot of effort put into this case and it was rewarding to see that our claim was taken seriously. A dangerous fence was removed from a sledding hill and bales of hay were installed this winter to protect the users of the park. Our park is safer now, and hopefully no one has to suffer again in the way my wife did thanks to his persuasive argument and the chance he took on our case. I recommend Arthur wholeheartedly.
