I have lived in an LWL building for 2 years. Terribly unresponsive and rude to tenants. It am a normal free market tenant and they still treat me like a second class citizen. Pay less for LWL apartments.

this management team forces you to go through a broker when you rent through them and are generally subpar and cut corners at every turn. I would suggest you choose another group if you have that option!
