Luxury Nails

I have visited Luxury Nails several times and have always had a good experience there. The owner is very attentive to her customers, always greeting them when they enter, even if she is working on another customer. Her staff is very professional. They are held to a high standard of excellence. I have had 3 different technicians work on my nails and they have all done a great job. The establishment is always very clean and well organized. I would recommend Luxury Nails to anyone who appreciates great service and a professional atmosphere.

I went to this place a 2nd time thinking I would give it ANOTHER chance. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. I waited 20 to 30 minutes AGAIN. If you do not have a Gucci purse or sunglasses they will not take you first. Oh and if youre not over 40, they forget about you. They took every stuck up mom from that side of town and ignored the rest of the people waiting. Finally, when I got in the manicure chair, my lady decided to take her time washing the pedicure chair, her hands, arms, and fold towels. Cool. Everyone staresssss at you and checks to see if you are wealthy. Relax. Youre a nail salon, not a mercedes dealer ship. I will never ever go there again. The place sucks and stunk like Zorba since there is a hugeee gap in the wall between Zorba and the salon. Wow. Real sanitary.

Owners are rude! They talk behind your back and they wear the masks so you can't see what they are saying and they don't speak english. When I went to pay the owner told me he only took cash (shady) and made me go to the bank because he wouldn't accept my check. Never again will I go there!

I figured I would try this place since it is close to home and I regret it! I understand the day before Christmas Eve is a busy day, but sloppy manicures and lackluster service are inexcusable. I told the woman prior to my manicure that I didn't want my cuticles cut, she did anyway. Paraffin hand wax treatment was too hot. Polish job was terrible, there was more nail polish on my fingers than on my nails. How does one pass a nj state licensing test if they can't get the polish on someone's nails and they don't understand simple instructions like not cutting cuticles? I am going back to Lucky nails down the street where at least they rub your shoulders while your nails are drying. FYI paraffin wax treatment = shorter lasting manicure...the wax does not allow the polish to adhere to the nails as well.

I've been going to this nail salon for years, ever since they were located at the Wayne Hills mall. I'm sorry to call out names but beware of the Owner Danny when you pay him because I've been noticing that he robs you a dollar or so. So check your change twice to make sure he gives you the correct amount. This happened to me on THREE occasions. The last incident happened today! He was supposed to give me $10 back. When I got home, I had only $9. Same thing happened two other times. I didn't go back because its only a dollar but still, that's very very low of him to be doing that. Other than that, the other employees are so sweet and do their jobs great.
