I was looking online to purchase a new vehicle and found one at Luxury Haus of Leonia. I called and spoke to Brian Seitz about the price of the car, the trade in value and financing. I went on their website to get an estimate of the trade in value (per Brian's instruction) and had an estimate of the value. They are listed as an authorized buying center on the KBB instant cash offer website. This amount was confirmed by Brian with a text. So I had the online price of the vehicle, the trade in value and only needed to work out financing.

So I thought. I later received a call from Wendy at the dealership who decreased my trade in value by over $2000. I then asked to speak to Brian who informed me that the online price of the vehicle is the "wholesale price" and the actual price is $2000 more. Brian informed me that if you read the fine print on their website, there are fees and charges that will be added to the cost of the vehicle. These fees and charges totaled over $2000. The price they showed me online with their website and tools on their website were $4000 different than the final price.

I feel that this dealership CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. I was trying to negotiate the purchase of a vehicle which is an 8 hour drive away and need to have the details ironed out before I make the trip. I know that there needs to be an inspection of the vehicle when trading in, but I am also trusting the dealer to give me all the details before I make the trip.

I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. If you are considering this dealer for your next vehicle; THINK AGAIN!!! READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!! They are most likely LYING TO YOU!!!!

Waste of complete time. Called to inquire about a vehicle and got a run around about the advertised price being incorrect and how they didn't have the vehicle in stock. Okay? So why is it still advertised on the website and several other channels? Shortly after, I was suggested a different vehicle for a much higher price - TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC. I asked if the price was negotiable since it wasn't exactly what I wanted and the answer I received was "well I'm not going to work on the price just because it isn't exactly what you want."

I would rather deal with an actual dealership, not this stealership. I rarely write reviews, but this goes to show how terrible of a taste it put in my mouth. Stay away from this bait and switch tactic, spend the extra money and purchase from a reputable dealership!

This dealership is why used car salesman get a bad name. The individual I worked with was supposed to call me back multiple times, but never did. Followed up with him, instead of him following up with me. After finally talking to him he explained over $4K in hidden fees in addition to the "online price". These fees didn't even include the taxes/registration. Also, he tried to get me to finance the car when I told him I was paying cash. Said I could finance anyways, so he could get his commission, and I could pay it off early.I think that's got to be illegal...either way, beware of buying from them, shocked how they even stay in business. Wish you could give ZERO stars.

Complete garbage. Waste of time. Showed me a vehicle that didn't have basic features that worked and wouldn't budge on the price. Avoid at all costs. Check out deluxe in linden, NJ

The most unorganized dealership I've ever been too! How is it that you buy a brand new car, and they give you your keys that is taped.. yes TAPED! Promised that once they get the new set of keys, they'll fix the problem.. Ive had to be on top of them so they can fix this issue.. and its been two weeks & nothing has been done. It was always "ill call you in 24hrs and handle it right now" and never got back.. The worst experience ever. if you can avoid this dealership, i advice you too in all honesty!!!!
