Luxury Car Vision

Very Good Experience. Purchased a Lexus on July 7, 2016. Vehicle was in the condition as represented. The staff was straight forward about condition, willing to solve for small issues, stayed in regular communication, and met their promises. Service quality and price were such that I'd buy from Luxury Car Vision again.

6/14/2016. Excellent customer service. I was greeted warmly walking inside and immediately ask me if I need help. Answered all my questions and highly energized. I decided to move forward and the process was very pleasant. I highly recommend and will continue business with them. Thanks again.

I have had the worst experience with these guys. My advise to anyone who is looking to purchase a car please look else where. I bought the car the last week of February , after a week the car started to give me trouble. i brought the car back to them and they said they "fixed" it. they did not so i had to come out of my pocket to fix the car. That was not even the worst i bout the car on 2/27/2016 and today 5/6/2016 i still cannot receive my plates from them, after they charged me over 1000.00 for title and registration services, every time i go there or call they tell me that its coming next week or they will call me back and they never do. So all my money is down the drain and i am stuck with a car i cannot drive. The only thing good about them is that they speak a good game but they are only selling false promises and faulty cars. They don't even deserve this one star i am forced to give.

Ethically challenged. "Lenny" declined my Ebay offer, said he couldn't do less that $8K on a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder. So,. I countered with a second offer...Lenny said "lets do it". I then submitted our agreed upon price of $7800, waited for the acceptance (as Lenny agreed to in a morning phone call)...only to wait almost 6hrs for him to decline the offer he said he would accept. Wasted my time, dinged my credit report for an unnecessary run of my credit, and broke his word...maybe that's how it's done in Jersey? Ethically challenged and untrustworthy.

It's an interesting business they have buying up used cars and reselling them. You need to do your homework on the car before you buy it. That being said, I am pretty much thrilled with the 2002 C320 Benz wagon I bought on March 9, 2016. It turned out it needs new control arms (which will cost me a about a grand) and the engine made a noise that turned out to be an $80 idler pulley and there was a dent in the hood I didn't see in the picture, but I plan to keep the car forever and used cars require maintenance so I was prepared to pay for this at some point. The way to look at this business is that I don't have time to sort through used cars all over the East coast so the fact that they found a low mileage Mercedes wagon and bought it so I could buy it from them saved me from wasting time looking. I had no issue with the process except for the NJ DMV. I came in from out-of-State and didn't get the title until the day my Temp NJ plates expired. If it weren't for that, I'd give them 5-stars. The car itself is awesome and it replaces a C240 wagon. The larger engine make it a dream.
