If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We were looking for someone to help us replace the panels on our awning and remove it from the wall since we were getting some exterior work done on our house. We were pressed for time as it was, and we were so grateful that this company had agreed to take on the project. The guy who came, Mr. Chen, was very courteous and gave us a reasonable estimate and had promised to have the awning removed within the next few days. The days came and went, and nobody showed. We finally called the company, who said that our project wasn't listed on their schedule. Upon further investigation we found out that Mr. Chen had simply changed his mind about the price he had set, and didn't even bother contacting us so that we could negotiate a better price or look for another company for our project. Keep in mind, we had already agreed on a price and time. He even gave us color samples for the panels! Heed my warning, DO NOT do business with this company unless you want to be disrespected and taken for a fool. They do not write up contracts nor do they keep their word to their customers, which I believe speaks volumes about what little integrity they have as a "business".
