The only reason I gave this a one star is because of the Doctors there. I love my PCP doctor Kelly Minus and that's about it. I called for my dental appointment and the receptionist answer and put me on hold for 7.28 minutes, I hanged up and called back, she did it again told me she was gonna log in her computer and to please hold. this time she put me on hold for 20.09 minutes and came back asking can I help you mam, I replied I am the same person that called earlier and asked for a appointment change she responded with a nasty attitude, I could have gotten rude with her but I kept my cool. They are so unprofessional and I know the voice she is the fat black one that works at the dental desk. If you have a problem at home or wherever leave it there don't bring to work and take it out on people leave that shit home.

is just the worse of the worse clinic I have ever since in my life, the service it poorly handled, people can pretty much walk in and do whatever they pleased to do and none, absolutely! None of the staff seem to care about it. I wouldn't recommend this clinic even to my worse enemies.

First they have great doctors but the staff don't respect the patients..you can never call to make an appointment because no one come to the phone.cant wait to find another doctors...

I have been here since the clinic has opened. They have great doctors, but due to the high volume the staff is over booked. They take a lot of walk-ins and that is why the wait tends to be long. I find that they are caring, though I have personally encountered a few NEW and rude people. Overall, it is a community clinic, so expect a long wait and crowded waiting area. I personally have a back up doctor for my daughter. I told my daughter's doc and my OB-GYN that wherever they go, I will follow. Honestly, all about timing as well. Mondays and Saturdays are always busy especially in the morning. People are trying to get in on Monday before work/school and Saturday people want to get out and get in. I find that the waiting room to be empty Wed and Fridays. Good luck or just find a pvt doc which is getting harder to find.

oh my gosh this place is always packed to begin with..but what appointment ever starts on time..so with all that they tend to rush a diagnosis..it terrible..recommend have a back up cause this place is a bit unreliable
