If I could give this "business" zero stars it would bring my heart the utmost joy. The first time that I had my nails done in the previous location, the people were decent, kind and had great talent. However, it seems as if they left their decency back in the first establishment! The employees are rude and have zero comprehension of customer service and how to run a decent business. This business doesn't even have a proper banner! Instead of 'Lush me Nails and cock tails' it is in a conjunction with a poorly produced hair salon ridden with flying insects! The 'Nail Technician' locked the door of the 'establishment' knowing that she has a client on the way. Annoyed that the doors were locked I walking in asking if this is the nail establishment and they got an attitude with me because my greeting wasn't up to their standards. The entire time of the appointment there was snickering laughing and gossip because i didn't greet them. It was cringe worthy at best and a complete embarrassment to the black business industry. If you are going to open a business KNOW HOW TO RUN IT AND TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT! I would never DREAM of coming here again. Absolutely embarrassing to the black business industry. Shame on "Lush me nails and cock tails" extremely embarrassing and unprofessional!
