Luna Park

Great rides... Arrive early to avoid long lines... Look for groupings and living social deals

A rather disappointing boardwalk amusement park. The beach and mini smorgusborg right next to it, are really the more enjoyable parts.

Lovely place to spend a weekend in. I cannot say,that I was really impressed by the variety of attractions offered, but the whole atmosphere of an old Lunapark with rich history is just charming.Besides, it offers splendid views and pleasant nature around.

Luna Park was AMAZING, high adrenaline rides , games,cool prizes, attractive to everyone. I was at there today, guess what, packs of tourist were waiting line for rides. It kinda stinks that the wheel ride belong to Coney Island. I think employees are kind, not stubborn, rude and more, so who never go to Luna Park, this is your nearest cool attraction at NYC.

I was there at Coney Island 11 July 2015 up until midnight with family members (mother and nephew), and came there back in 2007 with a friend Nick (on the Cyclone one of the best and oldest rides and other rides). I passed through there while I was on assignments - interpreting for Parents Teachers Concerences in Spanish and English. I'd like to come back and do more rides, including the Cyclone where I have a photo souvenir, I also have a photo souvenir of Thunderbolt, but not of Soarin Eagle (not my favourite ride). I did the Circus Coaster. I took photos. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have fun and cannot afford big expensive amusement parks like Six Flags.
