This was the most confusing and difficult home project I have ever done. Purchasing flooring from Lumber Liquidators requires you to deal three companies which I find ridiculous. The written estimate was sent days after I purchased the flooring. The estimate did not include room breakdown which would have made a revision easier. There are large gaps against the wall from one floor board which sits next to a board that is flush. The installer were from another company. Also read the fine print, you are responsible for disposing of all material. I would not recommend a novice home renovator to deal with this company unless you plan on a do it yourself project.

I recently got a flyer in the mail from Lumber Liquidators, it is just a bunch of bull. The prices they advertised were non-existent, or the products at the prices advertised were nothing more than paper glued to mdf (compressed saw dust).
When my order did arrive, it was missing the piece for the stair (to connect the floor to the top stair), and they tried to get me to pay extra for something i had already paid for.
I would not recommend this store, their advertisements are lies and they just want to get you in the store and sell you somehting at 3 -4 times the price of what is advertised.
