I order from Luigis 2-3 times per week, their salads are excellent which is mostly what I eat as I'm watching the waistline but can say that in the past their wraps, sandwiches and pizza are all excellent. Ignore the negative reviews they are from disgruntled customers who don't know what it is too wait in a busy Italian restaurant....yes you might wait but it's only because they are extremely busy. Ask yourself why are they busy?? Yes you got it..... the food is great end of story!!

Terrible customer service--I gave the new management a try and they still have terrible customer service. I called in and order and, as required, told them I was ordering from the Lunch Special menu. In fact, I said it 3 times. I told the first person, who handed me over to another person. After I told him, he put me on hold and when he came back on, I told him again. When I went to pick up the order, they charged me more money, stating that I never told them I was ordering it as the lunch special. I was practically called a liar! Stupidly, I paid the extra money instead of walking out and telling them what they could do with their salad!

ALL POSITIVE POSTS ARE SPAM FROM THE OWNERS and should be removed immediately.
Luigi's has flyers that they distribute all over my Apartment complex that list their times. The flyers say they open at 11am on Sundays.
Today is Sunday. I called at Noon. No answer. I called back at 12:05 - no answer. Two more calls later a woman answered and took my order. AFTER I gave her my card info she informed me that they staff was "running a little late" today. She then said "we always run a little late on Sundays".
I asked her if there was a misprint on her flyer - which very clearly says that they open at 11. She said, "Oh no - we open at 11. We just come in a little late on Sundays." in a very snide voice.
45 minutes later a man called me back and informed me that the "pizza chef" was having car problems and wouldn't be in for another 10 minutes and it would be over a half hour before my pizza would get to me. He offered no refund or reduced price for my inconvenience, he simply told me he would "happy to cancel the order". I felt like punishing him and forcing him to actually work so I told him "that's ok, I'll take it when it gets here." Then I asked him about what time they open, and he told me "Sundays we open at 11, but sometimes we roll in a little late." I explained to him that 12:15 was not 11, and saying that you open at 11am is false advertising if you have no damn intention of entering your store any time close to 11. He agreed with me and informed me brilliantly that "Sometimes we get in kind of late" and I hung up on him.
An hour and 15 minutes later my pizza arrived. It was pretty good, but there are a number of Pizza places nearby (FORDS PIZZA - SAN REMO - ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE) that are not run by irresponsible idiots. I would encourage anyone considering Luigi's to slap yourself, then go look up one of those places.
Total delivery time to an apartment 3 miles away is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.
