Washing machine: 2 dollars for small size.
Drying machine: 0.25$ for 8 mins.

Machines are old and lots of them are broken.
Need to use at least 1.25$ (40 mins) for drying small size clothes or it won't be dry enough.

If you need change, there's a exchange machine in store.
Owner's attitude is ok-ay.

It is sad that the owner told her customers not using her dryers if they don't use their washers or their drop-off services.

After being a faithful customer for nearly a year, one of their dryers destroyed and burned (literally, blackened) 2 very expensive items after only 40 minutes. Instead of taking responsibility the owner proceeded to blame it entirely on me. He said it was my fault because I had stepped out and was not "watching" my clothes. meanwhile, the damage was not apparent until i opened the dryer and smoke came out, along with the charred remains of my clothes. The damage could not have been seen from the outside immediately.

Normally, the dryers here were so weak I had to dry my things nearly an hour. I will never go here again. As a loyal customer I was treated very rudely. I would have been happy even if he had just admitted his dryer was faulty and had offered me some free washes.

If you go here, make sure to keep a VERY close eye on your clothes, unless you want a fire. Like, maybe open the dryer every 10 minutes to make sure they are not burning. because that is convenient and efficient.

I now go to Fifth Avenue Bright White Laundry, 8923 5th Avenue, on 89th and fifth. my clothes are nicely dry in 30-40 minutes, NOT on fire and there are plenty of washers and dryers, instead of just 8 or so.
