This company is impossible to contact, they WILL look to steal your deposit however possible and refuse to return calls or emails. It is amazing that in this day and age, any property management firm can operate in such a neglectful fashion. They will work every angle and avoid communication to hold deposit monies regardless of being able to justify it.
I have yet to come in contact with any tenant that has had dealings(or made an effort to have dealings) with management and are at all satisfied in this building. It is my strong reccomendation to avoid this building, management team at all costs.
The super Gilbert takes zero accountability and the management team contact, Chaim takes all measures to not allow meetings or appointments with his presence. It has been many emails, messages and weeks now without a response from anyone on Chaim's management team.
