Lucky Hair Salon

About a month ago I decided to go to the salon across the street from me based on its proximity. Unfortunately, my haircut was awful. The woman cutting my hair did not understand English at all, as I specifically requested (and showed) her to keep my sideburns trimmed but straight. She cut one of them at a wild downward angle which looked terrible and I said "No, not like this, I want it straight, like the other side". She then proceeded to do the same thing to the straight side and ruined my haircut completely. I was still charged for the haircut after an apology and a promise that next time, "straight" would be straight.
