Loy Martin MD

Dr. Loy is a excellent and very professional doctor. 5 stars for him *****. To bad I can not say the same for one of the receptionist. Negative 5 stars -***** for her. Dr. Loy and Dr. Leo have this one receptionist that comes off very rude in person, and on the phone as well. When you call for an appointment and she picks up be prepared for her nastiness. The way she comes off Seem like she has a very miserable life. I can't understand why they still have this individual working for them.

Dr. Loy is a wonderful Doctor. He takes the time to listen to you." Which most Doctors do not do today". He cares about your health. He will talk to you face to face. And not run out of the room . I have been going to him for a few years now an I am very Happy with him. The staff is always warm and kind. And yes like most good doctors offices they get busy . You must give them a chance to do there job. :-)

There is a receptionist who works for Dr. Leo and Loy, who is very ill-mannered. There goes the old saying if you don't like your job get out of it. She is the reason why I have switched doctors. Calling the office I would hear her rudeness and they could not tell me what type of Bluecross insurance they took. They charge if you did not show up to your appointment, which is where I had spoken with the receptionist who broke out with an attitude because I explained that some one had called my house about my insurance from the office. At the time of the call I had asked for my 3:00pm appointment to be canceled and went about my day. Later I received a bill for not showing up and when I called the office I had to deal with the uneducated receptionist yelling at me that if I would have called they would have pushed the button to cancel the appointment.
