Alirio in the flooring department was incredibly helpful when I was redoing my place. He guided me to picking out everything I needed to fall within my budget.

I bought a washer dryer combo from Lowes online, the website indicated that the Paramus store had one, and hook up is free if the price is over certain amount.
The day when the delivers showed up, they told me that they were not instructed to install it. Then I went to the store, an unhappy-looking women told me I need to buy new hose and pay certain fees to have it hook up.
After taking two days off and finally had it done, I found there is hose actually included in the unit,already put in the tube.
What I have learned is:
* Lowes website is ambiguous
* Their internal communication suck
* Incapable and dishonest staff
