Good people in their kitchen planning department

I had such a good experience because everyone was so helpful and super nice. I think her name was Tatra ( sorry if I got your name wrong but she was at the customer service) and Jeff from the blind section. They were super helpful and nice. Thank you so much for helping us out tonight.

this place has a good sort of plants, and they been well kept unlike most places, they have them jus wither away, build my garden was a breeze with the help of the employee their

The people that work there are very nice but no one asks you for help. If you need help good luck trying to find an answer you're on your own. Returning items the staff is always in a bad mood and slow. The self checkout lines are useless I have had to get help every time. Help in lumber in non existent. The only friendly knowledgeable people in the store are in the paint section. We tried to buy a shed here. We went 5 times then gave up and went to Home Depot. They were even worse but months later we finally have our shed.

Very bad service...if you go to baths in the afternoon I recommend for you to go to another place. There is a guy, his name is George He will promise to call you back when your order is ready, but that will never happen. They will lose your paper work after you pay and they delay your order for weeks. When you go to the store you may have to wait for long time (even if they are called by customer service)

Finally this George guy will arrive with an attitude and if you get upset, he will call your home to harass you.

I tried to talk to a manager, bur could't find any one and the girl in customer service wast to busy on the phone talking to her boyfriend.

I have to mention this : before the incident we spent over 10K in Lowes...
