Lowe's Home Improvement

Current staff isn't really to involved with customers. I understand the store is big but I would like to be greeted when I walk in and to be asked if I need help finding an item. Sometimes I walk in and store seems like a ghost town. As far as product in the store, I usually come in knowing what I want and most of the time its there. The app for Lowes in general has become better to use. Now I believe there is a feature that tells you the department and isle of the product your looking for.

Good staff. Prices are a little high compared to Hone Depot. It is in a very convenient location.

Ive recently moved to the area and have been doing a lot of work to a brand new home. If you need to go pick up and item or two, sure this store isn't horrible. However, I had custom blinds ordered and delivered to my house, and they've been sitting here for over a week. Every time you call, whether the blinds department or installation services, no one answers the phone. This has been a problem all month trying to get things done. When you do get someone they wouldn't know their left hand from their right. Additionally, I went 3 weeks ago to have some shelving cut. It took 3 different people to figure out how to turn on the compressor, even though I kept explaining to them how to do it. One of them actually told me "you don't know what your talking about so just let us handle this". Of course when the manager came over it was the exact switch I had been pointing to for 15 minutes. Just overall rude, lazy, incompetent people.

The Bayonne Lowes is great. Always a pleasure. Never crowded. Never out of stock. Clean, tidy. Always open parking spots close to the entrance. Good variety of shopping carts. Highly recommended.
