worst delivery every! XPO sucks. they should close their business.
i have ordered doors and thin set mortar. when the delivery guy came in, one door is damaged and he left the door even after being told that its damaged. he left saying- just call the store. Still, I have been buying things to the store and have it delivered but they always mess up with items delivered. They send me items that i did not order and they are not on time with the items i need.
today i am so upset that they schedule deliver for 1:30-3:30 then they called and says there is a delay to 2pm to 4pm. then another call saying more delays and it will be 5:30-7:30pm. how stupid this people think that they can just say, oh we are running late. have some respect! close your business if you think people will listen to your excuse. there is no valid reason for you to be late. no storm, calamities. if there is delays for whatever your reason, you should know how to manage it and find strategies to make things happen. do not just sit your a$$ and call costumer that you will be late.

Several days ago, I bought a Zep Pro Strength Drain Cleaner which was on sale from Lowes. I took it home and it was never used for sure. Today, I decided to return it for refund. A female sales manager asked me if I have used it and I replied "no". Then she asked a sales associate to open it and claimed that the seal of the bottle was missing and it was not full bottle. I told her again that I never used it. Later she found some one to open another Zep Pro Strength Drain Cleaner and said that if there was a seal, I needed to take my stuff home without any money back. Later, a sales associate told her to confirm that there was no seal for this product. Finally, she gave me refund but I was still unhappy about the whole refund experience.

Purchased Panels over the phone on Sunday, was told that they will be delivered on Monday, even got a phone call confirmation from the store on Sunday evening......unfortunately my panels did not arrive, called them back on Tuesday, was told that they did not fit in the car thay have and I will get my order on Wednesday, Wednesday 4 pm started calling the store again and couldn't reach anyone, whatever department was answering the phone they transferred me to the RIGHT department that never picked me up. Finally one lady transferred me to manager by the name Mike, he assured me that he will call me back in 30 min after he finds out all details regarding my order......he did not call back and I called myself in 1 hour, he was busy and lady that took a message told me he will call me back in 30 min again.....and of course he didn't call me....after I called he picked up a phone and when heared my name he just hang up on me
Customer service in this store does not work at all. I called main 800 number to get any response, they promised to call back in 24 hours....I hope they will help me to deal with the store otherwise the whole company is a mess

I would like to give no stars. I purchased a Maytag dishwasher from this store on a Friday and was suppose to be delivered on Sunday. Got a call Sunday morning that a truck broke down and my dishwasher will be delivered on Monday. Monday they came to deliver it when they left and we were ready to install we noticed the whole frame was bent in. Called the store to get it replaced. He told me that it will be delivered on that Wednesday. Wednesday morning comes and the truck driver called to tell us that they are picking up the damaged unit without a replacement. I told him I don't feel comfortable with them picking the unit up without replacing it at the same time as the pickup. The manager was suppose to call back that day. Never got a call. Now Thursday morning no calls about a delivery so I called customer care because the Brooklyn store doesn't pick up their phones. Customer care tells me that their are no more of the dishwasher I purchased in stock that's why they were picking it up without a replacement. Which no one informed me about. Customer care set up a pickup for the damage item so I can get a refund on Friday. Friday came and went. I still have a huge box in the middle of my living room. Called the store today, Saturday. Busy tone, of course. Called customer care they tried to get the manager on the line with us to resolve this. Of course she Wasn't able to get anyone at the store even using the back line. She sent an email out to the manager to call me ASAP that was an hour ago. I bet they will never call. So every hour I try calling the Brooklyn store to get through to someone.
This isn't right they have my money for a week now and we got a piece of garbage in the middle of our living room. So pissed off. Customer care only gave us a 10% toward another dishwasher. We ended up going to PC Richards got a better price then Lowe's including their stupid 10%. Never used Lowe's before. For appliances I've used Home Depot and PC Richards and I will now stick to that. Never had a problem with these stores ever!! Lesson learned.

I had a very rude sales person in the door dept. I had to have the store manager place my order that should have been a sign to me, but i went ahead with the order. i got a call that my five doors were ready for pick up. Went to pick up waited two hours they could only find two of the doors. I was told i would get a call that night, nothing. Called the following day told again they would call me, nothing. Went into the store a manager named Mike said he would get to the bottom of it. After 30 minutes he came back to tell me that they were received but he needed more time to investigate and he would call me either way. Still waiting. I wish I could give it a lower grade than a 1.
