Mind blowing delivery system left hand and right hand not on same page

I love this Lowe's because of Ellen farraj , I always see her their and she helps me so much and finds me the best prices for items

Helpful staff with a well organized store.

Lowe's Providing retail price only for appliances and you can get better price discount only for damage and with missing parts floor models appliances discount only. Management keep retail prices and not providing any discount.I was in the store for 2-3 hours and try to match price with other large retailers in aria . Bosch Model 300's dishwasher with retail price 799.99,the same day in Sears ,Best Buy $719.00-$729.00 and other stores in aria and online price range $709.00+$750.00.
I have conversation with store manager Rick and appliance manager Steve and the answer was "No discount ,we are compare with other stores only retail prices and becouse other store have run discount on September 26 2014 you should go and buy from other store".
Not the best way to do business!!!
After 9:00pm and I decided to buy in the store because other store was closed and I have to used dishwasher for next day because my birthday party.Will newer go buy appliances in Lowe's again because price's highest in NY aria.
