Lovely Laundry

Friendly neighborhood laundrymat. Can get crowded but you have to know when to go wash to avoid the crowd. Buisness hours are best.

Open till 11pm. Which is great for me!

Very dirty place and machine are Always breaking down not to mention machines steal the coins always have a problem wish they open a better place or fix this one up it needs is badly

This place is horrible came in to wash my clothes so I started to fill up with coins #17 machine took 2.00 went and informed the older lady about the problem she stated she forgot to put non working label so I asked for my refund and she refused wow never coming here again

I've had a fine time doing my laundry here since September 2013. Cashiers are happy to make change, machines usually work as they should, soap is wicked cheap if I happened to forget mine at home, no complicated laundry-card system (unless you like that). I could give a hoot about holes in the drop ceiling, my clothes come out clean and I don't have to pay too much. And the folding tables are clean, so as long as you aren't dragging your socks on the floor, you're fine.

Here is the kicker -

I tried to dry my clothes in a dud dryer. When they weren't dry after my first attempt, I told the person on duty that the machine didn't seem to be working well (just because an employee is having a conversation with a friend in Spanish doesn't mean they don't speak perfect English, got it?) She was courteous enough to pay for another round. When I came back later before I had to leave for work and found that my clothes still weren't super dry, they paid for the next round using a better dryer, folded my laundry, and left it for me to pick up later, all free of charge. I would have liked my clothes to have been dry in the first place, but the customer service experience made up for it. Sort of.

Anyway, I'll keep doing my laundry here, it's too convenient not to.
