I'm completely upset at Lovely Bride Store NYC. I ordered a wedding dress, over $3K and they shipped the dress without any care. They should had told the UPS not to leave the dress outside the house, without having someone to sign a piece of paper and receive the dress. If UPS left a paper at my door (in case no one was home) I would had gone to the UPS store to pick up my dress. It would be better than find the box all wet when I arrived from work and now my dress smell and it was a little wet when I opened the box. I wish I took a picture of the box before i opened it, but I was so nervous that I was not thinking straight. Because of all this my husband ended up seeing my dress, since he had to help me to open the wet box and make sure the dress was not damaged.

I was a very easy buyer. Bought my dress in the first visit to Lovely Bride Store. All they had to do was to ship my dress after the designer sent to the store.

I had a fabulous experience shopping at Lovely and am excited to officially be a Lovely Bride! The employee I worked with helped me to make the most of my hour appointment window. I tried on six dresses while I was there and helped to easily narrow it down to "the one". Highly recommend!
