Catalina and Subarna have been wonderful sales rep. They were patient and so very helpful. It gives me hope that the world is not always as bad as we think. They represent the best of what Neiman Marcus and LV has to offer. Catalina was my main sales person and made shopping a great joy!

The staff here at this Louis Vuitton store was so wonderful and nice. I had brought my first Louis Vuitton bag - the Siena PM early April and just this weekend I notice the threading of the pleat was coming loose in the back. I went into the store to hopefully do an exchange since I was still within the 30 days exchange time period. I explained my problems to them and they were able to exchange my bag with a new one. Very professional, friendly, and attentive staffs here. I would highly recommend this store if anyone is visiting plus it is not as overly crowded as the other LV store (Macys) in the mall.
