I've been talking my business to Lou's Edison Motors for more than a decade. 5 years ago I moved to Red Bank and still drive up to have my car serviced. Trustworthy and thorough are my two main reasons for doing so. They have always been fair in price and accommodating. I have and would recommend to friends & family.

I work around the corner. I have brought my car here several times. Just one of the best places I have taken my car to. I think Lou is honest, friendly and is honestly helpful. Always makes sure to ask if I need a ride to and from. Each time he has provided a service I have never had any issues with the workmanship or price. At Christmas time I got a card and a gift card for a cash discount. Can't be great customer service. Well worth giving him and his guys a try. Peace and good luck.

I've been going to Lou's for a couple of years now, as well as my husband and my mother. Lou is a great business man, who always makes sure the customer is taken care of.

From oil changes, to new tires to brakes and even warranty issues, everything is taken care of. Problems are always explained so you actually understand them and know how it is going to be fixed, not mumbo jumbo where you leave more confused. Other shops I've been too, I've felt like they are shady and ripping me off, but at Lou's I never feel like that and the pricing always seems spot on and not too high or low. I would not think twice about having anything wrong fixed here and knowing its done right.

OMG! How time flies, I meant to do this months ago. What can I say, Lou and his guys are the best. He feels that it is all about the customer and doing the job right the first time, for a reasonable price. I know this from first hand experience. My older sister who is a bit of a gear head was surprised at the reasonable cost of my 120K service and a brake job at the same time, she felt the brake job alone should have cost that much.

If things don't work out right the first time due to faulty parts Lou will go the extra mile to make it right. In one year he had to replace a faulty wiper motor for me 3 different times, the last time was a brand new wiper motor and the small additional charge for it was more than reasonable in my opinion since that was all that was charged.

Like I said, he and his guys are great and as long as he's around he's the one that I trust with my car.
